What is "Team Seats"? +

Team Seats defines the total number of admin and staff accounts allowed in your company dashboard.

This includes:

  • The company owner/administrator
  • Staff members with limited permissions
  • Anyone who needs access to the company control panel

Important: Team Seats do NOT include students or course enrollees. Those are tracked separately via Distribution Quota.

Example: A plan with 5 Team Seats allows 5 people to log into the admin dashboard.

What is "Distribution Quota"? +

Distribution Quota is the number of free course distributions allowed per month.

How it works:

  • You can assign courses to users without charging them
  • Used for employee training, promotions, or gifts
  • No commission is charged on free distributions
  • Resets at the beginning of each billing cycle

Example: With a quota of 100, you can distribute 100 course enrollments for free each month.

Setting 999999 = Unlimited distributions

What is "Direct Sale Quota"? +

Direct Sale Quota is the maximum number of discounted direct sales you can make per month.

Key differences from regular sales:

  • Lower commission rate than marketplace sales
  • Designed for selling directly to your own clients
  • Uses your personal sales channels (not the platform store)
  • Monthly limit defined by your plan

Commission Discount Rate: Defines how much lower your commission is compared to standard rates.

Example: 10% discount rate means you pay 10% less commission on direct sales.

What is "Rollover Unused" percentage? +

Rollover allows you to carry over unused quota to the next billing period.

How it works:

  • Only applies to unused Distribution Quota
  • Percentage determines how much carries over
  • Rolled-over quota is added to next month's allocation

Example Calculation:

  • Monthly quota: 100 distributions
  • Used this month: 60
  • Rollover percentage: 50%
  • Next month: 100 + (40 × 50%) = 120 distributions

0% rollover = unused quota expires at month end.

What is "Burst Mode"? +

Burst Mode allows you to exceed your monthly quota at a higher commission rate.

Two key settings:

  • Burst Percentage: How much you can exceed your quota (e.g., 20%)
  • Burst Commission Rate: The higher commission applied during burst

Example:

  • Quota: 100 with 20% burst = can reach 120
  • First 100: normal commission rate
  • Last 20 (burst): higher commission rate applies

Burst is useful for handling unexpected demand spikes.

What does "Publish To" mean? +

Publish To options determine the visibility scope of courses:

Internal:

  • Only visible to organization members
  • Does not appear in the public marketplace
  • Ideal for employee training and internal content

Public:

  • Visible to everyone in the marketplace
  • Can be purchased by any user
  • Subject to platform commission on sales

Some plans may restrict public publishing to control marketplace content.

How do I choose the right plan? +

Consider these factors when choosing:

  1. Team Size: How many admin/staff need dashboard access?
  2. Course Volume: How many courses will you create?
  3. Distributions: How many free enrollments do you need monthly?
  4. Sales Model: Will you sell through the marketplace?
  5. Support Needs: What level of support do you require?

Tip: Start with a smaller plan and upgrade as you grow. Upgrades take effect immediately!

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +

Yes! Plan changes are flexible:

Upgrading:

  • Takes effect immediately
  • Prorated credit from remaining time is applied
  • New features available right away

Downgrading:

  • Takes effect at the start of next billing cycle
  • Current features remain until paid period ends
  • Data is preserved (but some features may become inaccessible)
What happens when my subscription expires? +

When your subscription ends:

  • Your data and courses remain saved
  • Access to advanced features is restricted
  • You can renew anytime to restore full access
  • Students already enrolled keep their course access

Grace Period: Some plans offer a brief grace period before restrictions apply.

Auto-Renewal automatically renews your subscription at the end of each billing cycle.
