Drosly Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Agreement

By using the Drosly educational platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Account Types

3.1 Individual Account

• User may enroll in available courses
• Receives certificates upon successful completion
• Is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

3.2 Company Account

• Must choose a suitable subscription plan (Starter / Professional / Enterprise)
• Can add employees within the plan limits
• Company may view employee progress reports
• Company commits to timely payments

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions start from activation date and auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice
• Payment receipts must be uploaded for bank transfers
• Accounts may be suspended if payment is delayed more than 15 days

5. Educational Content

• All courses and content are protected by intellectual property rights
• Copying, redistributing, or selling platform content is prohibited
• Issued certificates are valid only through the official verification code
• We reserve the right to modify or remove educational content

6. User Conduct

⚠️ Strictly Prohibited:

• 🚫 Sharing your account with others
• 🚫 Using the platform for illegal purposes
• 🚫 Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
• 🚫 Cheating in exams or course assessments
• 🚫 Impersonating another person
• 🚫 Posting offensive or inappropriate content

7. Refund Policy

• Refund may be requested within 7 days of subscription if no course has been started
• No refund after completing 25% of any course
• Company subscriptions are subject to agreed contract terms

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of financial obligations
• Any activity harmful to the platform or other users
• User's own request to close their account

9. Disclaimer

• The platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
• Certificates represent course completion and do not equate to official academic degrees unless stated otherwise

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through competent courts.
